Seasonal Production Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in leading a small team of production employees during the processing season
Help monitor workflow and support team members to meet daily production goals
Reinforce safety procedures and report any unsafe behavior or conditions
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task updates
Support training of new seasonal workers on basic job duties and safety practices
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete basic reports or documentation as assigned
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance) to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long periods
Must be flexible with shift hours and available for weekends or overtime during peak season
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels
Shift schedules may include days, nights, weekends, or holidays
